Wisconsin Launches First State-Federal Partnership to Boost Industrial Energy Efficiency

The Public Service Commission of Wisconsin. joined by Focus on Energy and CleanTech partners announced that Wisconsin is the first state to join the US Department of Energy in signing a Memorandum of Understanding promoting greater energy efficiency throughout the state's industrial community.
