Energy-Saving Bio-Refinery Technology

CTT is proud to announce evaluation of new technology it is financing has begun at two major Wisconsin paper companies. The new technology, Black Liquor Gasification (BLG) could save an average-sized pulp mill more than $11 mm of electricity costs each year, reduce environmental emissions by up to 90%, and significantly accelerate the paper industry's push into biorefining. BLG was developed by ThermoChem Recovery International.
