On Monday October 3, 2005 the Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance presented its 2005 "Inspiring Efficiency through Innovation" Award to the Center for Technology Transfer of Madison, WI. The award recognizes significant contributions to the awareness of energy efficiency in the Midwest region through the development and implementation of a new and innovative idea or policy.
