Step 1: Contact CTP

Contact any of our staff to establish a dialogue.

Step 2: Assessment

We will work together to determine:

  1. Is there a Wisconsin energy efficiency fit?
  2. Is there a viable business model?
  3. How CTP financing and services will benefit your business.

Some things you'll need:

  1. Technology or project description
  2. Performance data
  3. Business model description

Step 3: Analysis

  1. Evaluation of your Business or Project Plan
  2. Review of your financial records
  3. Review of other supporting legal documents
  4. Definition of your financial need

Step 4: Term Sheet

We will work out the details of a term sheet to outline the financial and legal parameters of the investment.

Step 5: CTP Investment Board

Your term sheet will be submitted to CTP's Investment Fund Board, an independent advisory group that approves all investments.

Step 6: Closing the Deal

All legal documents signed and funds ready for transfer.
