Map/Directions

CTP is located in the Pond II Building in Middleton, Wisconsin; Madison's fast growing western suburb.

  • From the West Beltline Highway (Hwy 12/14W in Madison), use Exit 252 - Greenway Boulevard and turn west
  • Go about 0.2 miles, you will see the Pond I and Pond II buildings ahead on your left. 
  • Turn left on John Q. Hammon Road.
  • The first driveway on the right will take you into the visitor parking area for the Pond II Building.
  • We are upstairs in Suite 220.
